Conventional injection moulding
Standard injection moulding is the most common technology for processing plastics. It involves injecting molten material into a mould, where it solidifies to form the finished part. This process is highly versatile and is used in a wide range of industries.
Applications:
- Packaging production (e.g. bottles, caps)
- Household appliance components (e.g. covers, housings)
- Toy and sports equipment production
- Components for the automotive industry (e.g. handles, covers, mechanism parts, interior fittings)
- Housings for electronic devices
Features:
- Wide application — Ability to produce large series of products with complex shapes.
- Accuracy — High precision in reproducing details, making it ideal for mass production.
- Low costs — Unit costs are relatively low in large-scale production

Injection two-component
Two-component injection involves injecting two different materials or colors into a single mold. It enables the production of parts with a complex structure, where the two materials can be combined without the need for further processing.
Applications:
- Consumer electronics (e.g. housings with non-slip elements)
- Tool components (e.g. tool handles with a hard core and soft grip)
- Consumer products (e.g. toothbrushes)
- Automotive industry parts (e.g. buttons, control panels)
Features:
- Two materials, one process – Eliminates the need for assembly or additional processing, which speeds up production.
- Ability to create complex parts – Ideal for products that require different properties in different areas (e.g. hardness and flexibility).
- Higher quality – Durable material bonding improves product quality and aesthetics.
Injection gas-assisted
Gas-assisted injection molding is a technique that involves injecting plastic into a mold while simultaneously introducing gas (usually nitrogen or air) into the part at high pressure. The gas forms an internal chamber or space within the product, allowing the creation of parts that appear solid and thick from the outside but are hollow inside, significantly reducing their weight. This method helps save material and improves the mechanical and thermal properties of the products.
Gas-assisted injection molding is used to produce various components, including complex shapes that need to be lightweight yet resistant to damage. This technology also allows for shorter production cycles and lower manufacturing costs.

What can we offer?
We are highly technology-driven – whenever possible, we invest in and upgrade our machinery with new, better, and more energy-efficient equipment. Our wide range of machines (from 22 to 600 tons of clamping force) allows us to produce all products within this scope. This enables us to select the optimal machine for each order, which ultimately results in faster and more cost-effective production. Our gas-assisted injection system, combined with a nitrogen generator, not only allows us to fulfill orders using this method but also makes us independent from external gas suppliers. This positively affects both pricing and order processing speed.

1 | What is the mold production time?
This entirely depends on the complexity of the molding project and may range from 2 to 8 months. The final delivery date also depends on the current production queue.
2 | What is the lead time for an order using a finished mold?
The delivery time largely depends on the availability of materials, the production volume, and whether post-processing is required. The final deadline is agreed directly with the customer based on order details.
